In the centre of Utrecht the existing shopping mall Hoog Catherijne will be redeveloped. As part of this massive project a new five layer underground parking garage will be constructed and connected to an existing 2 layer parking garage. In the top two levels of the garage a waterway will be integrated in the design. For this extensive and complicated project CRUX Engineering provides the Geotechnical design, which includes a 3D FEM analysis.
